Courtney Fallon, 33, was catched Friday & found guilty by 2 misdemeanors, according to the NY Police Department. Fallon's tweet told a "Suffragette-style sash" was draped across "Fearless Girl," a breaking up statue which was installed across from "Charging Bull" earlier this year.
